About Sankash

Hi I’m Sankash Narvekar and I truly appreciate you for being here. You landing here on this page means a lot. So first, here’s something about my goals and aspirations. I have a clear mission and that is –

“To help a 1000, Architecture students and Young Architects To Be Able To Generate Effective Architecture Concepts And Complete The Design Process In Super Speed.”

I would like to build a deep virtual relationship with you. So let me tell you something about my background and where I’m coming from.

My Background

It was Dec 2012, I was 17 years old, confused on to where I want to head in life. I did had this instilled in me that there’s something different that I want to achieve and this dream was inspired while working as a network marketer.

That’s me as one of the team leaders, leading a group of 20 young dreamers. It is where I was exposed to the real world and had multiple failures and learnings and the most important learning to dream big.

That’s me 3rd from left, at a network marketing seminar.

Architecture Journey

I started with my journey as an Architecture student in 2013. Honestly I got into Architecture to explore a different path and because I enjoyed drawing and sketching. Also because I was a science student and didn’t want to go into Engineering which was a mainstream path every science student would go for.

This decision had grown solid when I gave my NATA entrance for Architecture and scored 128/200 in my first attempt without any classes and got entry into the college of my choice.

Learning Architecture was very different than anything I’d learned before. And it was majorly because there was no spoon feeding of knowledge. Everything had to be observed and practiced and searched for as there were no specific dedicated books.

Having no specific books was a blessing in disguise as it developed the required research and critical thinking skills for discovering the right information.

But the journey as an Architecture student wasn’t as easy for me as getting into the college. Late night workings, sleep deprivation and putting in blood, sweat and tears along the journey.

And I’m sure if You are an Architecture student, you can empathize with me.

While in the process of becoming an Architect, I faced lots of failures, let me discuss these two in particular.

In 2015, I wasn’t allowed for the final jury of my 2nd year with 44 of my batchmates as we didn’t have all the drawings completed. This again happened the 2nd time during the 1st semester of my 3rd year.

Although when I gave the re-jury. I topped in one and scored 78/100 in the second. So I knew my designing was not the issue. But the problem was speed.

Having to complete 9 different subjects with the outcome being different for every student as the final results depend on your individual thinking, speed was something which was needed.

So I started to invest in my learning to attain speed by getting my hands wet with Architecture software’s. Soon I was able to see some transformation in my works and was back on track and completed my 4th year without any backlogs.

But, I had this hunger of constantly improving and wanted to get more better. I never knew there was a miracle heading towards me!

A Blessing In Disguise

4th year was the internship period. And let me tell you, my architecture internship was the most difficult part of my career. Yes, it wasn’t the Thesis, which is for most of us, but the internship that was the most difficult.

And it wasn’t the work. In fact I loved what I did. My job was to model and develop conceptual forms at initial design stages and to prepare the final design presentation and visualization.

But it was the working hours that made it so difficult. I used to work as long as 10 – 15 hours and sometimes would even go up to 24hrs where my team and I waited the entire night.

To add salt to my wounds, internship period required for the office was 6 months where as my college required only 3 months. So when most of my friends were free, enjoying extra vacations, I was busy working in the office for late.

Finally, after 6 months of extreme pressure, I was done with my internship. The Principal Architect there was very happy with my work and I being the happiest because finally I was free.

But where’s the miracle here?

Self Awareness

When I returned back to college for my 5th year, everything changed. I was a completely different person.

I realized, my speed had reached to a very far level than I earlier was. Such that I had my entire thesis model completed 1 month before my Thesis jury.

All those late nights, long office hours started to pay off.

Opportunities Opening up

After this, a lot of opportunities started opening doors. As soon as I finished my Thesis, I was placed in a landscape design firm. Knowing that wasn’t what I wanted to pursue, I switched on to an interior designing firm from which I further hopped on to an Architecture firm, Beyond I Design Studio where I decided to stay for long, as I was able to match the vibes and resonate with the office culture.

This was me changing 2 jobs in 6 months and finally sticking to the one I loved.

And not to brag but, with the skills I had developed through my journey, it was easy to get through an interview. Employers mostly never said no, as I always had the trump card of speed with me.

Getting To Work With Industry Pioneers

I am truly humbled to be able to work on 30+ projects in 2 years with all the Firms I’ve worked for. These are some of the pioneers I’ve served as clients along with many others.

Journey Towards A New Vision

So if you’ve been reading un till here, let me first acknowledge you and tell you that it truly means a lot you’ve taken pains to read this.

So after my thesis and while I was working in the office, I used to get calls from friends asking for tricks and hacks to make things faster or to model dynamic stuffs.

This one fine day, got me towards thinking, what if I could share all of this in a step by step structured format to young Architecture students who would be facing similar problems just like the ones I was dealing with back then.

But just knowledge isn’t enough. Because getting to know and applying it all and then learning from your experiences takes time. My whole journey was to be able to solve problems faster and it did take me 6 months to a year to reach there.

So I have designed a system using which with in 60-90 days you can build up your skills with only that is essential and no beating around the bush.

And so I’m on a mission,  “To help Future Architects and Interior Designers To Be Able To Complete Their Work In Super Speed.”
