As a Client Success Representative, Your role is to navigate Clients through the different stages of our program and Get them to achieve the outcome (of getting Consistent Quality Projects) as soon as possible. 

This role is 100% virtual and you can work from anywhere in the world with a flexible schedule -- all you need is a laptop and an Internet connection!

Archiswiped Hub is looking to hire customer success reps for our company who have a history of working in marketing/consulting-related companies. If you have strong technical and problem-solving skills, used marketing software, or worked with any type of paid advertising this would be a great long-term fit for you with tons of growth potential.

Our company works with highly esteemed Architects and Interior designers in India and the way we do this best is working on a 1 to 1 basis with each client as much as we can. As a CSR, you will be receiving the client and helping them get high-ticket clients for their Business through our game-plan, marketing methods, and sales process.

We're looking for somebody who's hard working, reliable, loves taking action, up-to date with technology and online, fast typer with excellent english skills and a passion for learning and growing as a person.

YOU MUST have these skills:

- You have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Digital Coaching industry 

-Fluency in using basic softwares like Zoom, Excel, Word, Google Sheets and Docs etc.

-Fluency in using Social Media (Facebook Pages/Groups, Instagram etc).

-Experience developing basic WordPress websites and using plugins.

-Experience with Facebook ad manager and Google Adwords;

-Past experience in customer success (NOT just support);

-Perfect text and verbal communication skills;

-Extreme attention to detail;

Preferable: 

Experience with tools like Clickfunnels (Or Any other Funnel Builder), Marketing CRMs, Autoresponders, and similar marketing software;

- Work from anywhere in the world with a flexible schedule
