Your interview slot for the Sales Closer role is locked. Check your email now — your Zoom link and calendar invite are already on their way.
This slot is now reserved only for you. I block time for every candidate personally and I speak with only a handful this week — so if you can't make it, message me in advance and I'll free it up for someone else.
Tap the button below to send me a quick WhatsApp confirmation. The message is already written for you — just add your name and hit send. This tells me you're serious about the slot.
Confirm On WhatsAppHi Sankash, this is [Your Name]. I'm confirming my interview call for the Sales Closer role. I'll join on my laptop, 5 minutes early, with a stable connection and camera on. See you there!
A fixed monthly salary is just your base. The real money is the 5% commission on every rupee you collect — and it has no ceiling. Look at where this can go:
And every rupee above is on top of your fixed salary. This is a real, long-term seat — not a gig. The only limit is how many conversations you're willing to have. The 15 minutes on this call is the door to all of it. Walk through it prepared.
The role is video and phone sales with business owners. So this interview runs the exact same way — and how you show up to it tells me how you'll show up to a client. Tick every box below.
Not a phone. You'll sell from a laptop every day, so join the interview from one. A phone call tells me you're not set up for the job.
A dropped call with a prospect loses the sale. Test your connection beforehand. If it's weak where you are, move somewhere it isn't.
We meet face to face. Good lighting, camera at eye level, you clearly visible. This is how you'll meet every client — practise it here.
Install Zoom in advance and do a test call with a friend. Know how to join, unmute, and start your video before we begin — not during.
No background noise, no interruptions, a tidy backdrop. A headset helps. You're demonstrating the environment you'll take calls from.
Know your own numbers — your best month, your biggest close. Speak clearly in Hindi and English. This is the job; treat the call as the demo.
I am never late for a call, and I expect the same from anyone who sells for me. A prospect who's kept waiting is a prospect you've lost. Be in the Zoom room five minutes before we start, camera on, ready to talk. If something genuinely goes wrong, message me before the call time — not after. Turning up late, or not at all, tells me everything I need to know about how you'd treat my leads.
I'll explain exactly how the role works, and I want to understand what you're looking for. I'm not here to catch you out — I'm here to find someone I can build with for the long term. Come prepared, be yourself, and be on time. Do that, and you've already shown me most of what I need to see.
If you need to reschedule, do it through the link in your confirmation email — as early as you can, so the slot can go to someone else. Any genuine technical worry, message me beforehand and we'll sort it.
