We want you to feel comfortable about transacting business with us. Due to the nature of our business and the accessibility of our products immediately upon purchase, there is a generous 30 days full refund policy, which begins from the date of onboarding.
If you are not satisfied with the product and service you have paid for, you may contact sankash@sankashnarvekar.com within 30 days of the purchase and we will issue you a full refund provided that you’ve completed at least the first module of our service (Business Model Foundation) and arranged the onboarding call.
Not going through the course modules, not arranging a call or not going through the product and blindly asking for the refund won’t be acceptable. But after going through the module and arranging the call, if you feel unsatisfied, then the refund will be initiated. All this should happen within 30 days of the date of purchase.
